Withdrawal and Product Returns

You have the right to return the products you purchase, free of charge and without being obliged to notify us of the reason why you wish to return the products, within 14 days from the date you receive them. In this case, you will only be charged the direct cost of returning the products (transport to and from VP Creations). Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. without having been unsealed or the packaging has been tampered with, along with the documents, the retail receipt and the packaging that accompanied the product. In the event of a return of the products, your refund will be completed within thirty days from the date we receive the products.

For purchases with an invoice, there is no option to cancel the order. According to the legislation (Law 2251/1994 ‘Consumer Protection’), any purchase accompanied by an invoice is excluded from the right of withdrawal from the distance contract, which includes the cancellation of the order.

In case of non-receipt of the dispatched order and after the order has been returned to our store, the customer is obliged to pay the cost of transport from and to VP Creations. In case the payment of the order has been made by bank or credit card then VP Creations will refund the customer the difference resulting from the total order minus the cost of transport for the dispatch and return of the order to VP Creations.

Defective products
In case of receipt of a defective product please contact us to replace it. In case you received a defective product VP Creations undertakes the replacement of products that have been received up to 3 days before. We will NOT replace a defective product for products that have been delivered to you for more than 3 days.

Please if you receive a defective product please contact us immediately so that we can make a replacement at no cost before 3 days from the date of delivery.
